The Winchester Regional Development is an assemblage of three approved tentative tract maps made up of over 1,000 DUs, parks, and open space, mixed-use destinations, and an education facility. The project is located within the Winchester Hills Specific Plan.

X Engineering is providing civil engineering services to create a more efficient site plan and revise the tentative maps, all while staying in compliance with the specific plan.
