Located in San Jacinto, California, the Mountain Bridge project consists of two residential tracts totaling 154 homes. X Engineering was contracted by Century Communities to support the land acquisition process and prepare final engineering documents in support of Century’s land development and homebuilding efforts. The project scope includes roadway and utility improvements within arterial roadways Hewitt Street and Esplanade Avenue, which have been designed to minimize impact and lane closure during construction. 

The site’s flat topography and shallow regional storm drain posed drainage challenges which were overcome by designing a combination infiltration and peak storm detention basin for each tract. Engineering documents have been approved by the City of San Jacinto and the Eastern Municipal Water District.
